Everything was perfect!
Brand new hotel located a few meters away from the main shopping avenue Via XX Settembre, yet in a very quiet street. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel manager helped us get around the best places in the historic town. You can ask for a private parking space at the hotel (first come first served basis) for 20 euros. The breakfast was much better than in other B&B hotels. We will definitely come back!
we really enjoyed staying in this hotel. good location, lovely breakfast, one excellent family room and two lovely managers who were so helpful considerate and nice. The rooms are very modern and didnt need a card to get into them, only a code. The position was good, lovely views fro m the outside, mini market close by.
Good hotel. Staff, location, room all great. I stayed during autumn months and I found the room temperature to be too high. It seems to be centrally controlled.
I ended up having the window open to get some airflow. But the room temperature didn’t hinder my sleep.
A special shout-out to the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. Gave me some great tips on Cinque Terra and Portofino.
We enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly & efficient and rooms were very modern and nice. The shower were very spacious and loved the large rain shower overhead. Close inter-city so a bit noisy. Would stay here again when visiting Genova.
Service was friendly and accommodating. Excellent location, within walking distance to the bus service. Clean room. Provided an outstanding breakfast. Very helpful in obtaining a cab ride to the airport. Would definitely recommend your hotel!!
The (bath)room had some mold and signs of water damage on the wall (shower wall wasn't waterproof enough?) The window could be just opened, not tilted and because of the closeness of the curtain we had to choose between privacy or open window with being fully visible from the street.
But we could sleep and the buffet was satisfying. (first floor, right next to the lift behind the (fire?)door)
Very good and modern hotel. If you come by public transport, be ready to climb stairs. Apart from that everything was fine. Location is right in the centre of the city. Staff was very friendly and helped us to find the pills I forgot in the room when checking out.
